Working principle of PF impact crusher
PF impact crusher uses the principle of high-speed impact for crushing. When working, the stone falls directly from the upper part of the machine into the high-speed rotating turntable, and the rotor rotates at a high speed driven by the motor. The material entering from the feed port collides with the hammer on the rotor, and under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, it collides with the flying stones that are diverted around the turntable in an umbrella-shaped manner, resulting in high-speed collision and high-density crushing. The crushed material is then rebounded to the lining plate for further crushing, forming multiple mutual impacts, frictions, and crushing, and finally discharged from the discharge port.
