Introduction to jaw crusher

 

The structure of the jaw crusher: is mainly composed of a movable jaw plate, fixed jaw plate, eccentric shaft, connecting rod and other components. Its structure is relatively simple, and it mainly crushes materials by the relative movement between the movable jaw plate and the fixed jaw plate.

Working principle of jaw crusher: The motor drives the eccentric shaft to rotate through the pulley, so that the movable jaw plate moves up and down periodically, so as to approach or leave the fixed jaw plate. When the movable jaw plate approaches the fixed jaw plate, the material is clamped between the two jaw plates and crushed by extrusion and shear force.

Application scenarios of jaw crusher: It is often used in the coarse crushing stage and is suitable for various ores with a compressive strength not higher than 320MPa, such as river pebbles, granite, basalt, iron ore, etc. It can crush large pieces of material into smaller particles, providing conditions for subsequent medium and fine crushing.

The processing capacity of the jaw crusher: Due to its simple structure and strong crushing force, it has high efficiency and output when processing large pieces of material. However, its discharge particle size is relatively large, requiring further medium and fine crushing.

Introduction to the Impact Crusher

 

The structure of the impact crusher: Also known as the vertical shaft impact crusher, its structure includes a rotor, a plate hammer, an impact device, etc. The rotor rotates at high speed, and the material repeatedly hits and crushes between the plate hammer and the impact device.

The working principle of the impact crusher: The material falls directly from the top of the machine into the high-speed rotating turntable, and under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, it collides with the target stone around the turntable in an umbrella-shaped high-speed manner for high-density crushing. At the same time, a vortex motion is formed between the turntable and the shell, causing the material to be repeatedly hit, rubbed, and rolled against each other until the required particle size is reached.

Application scenarios of impact crushers: Commonly used in sand production lines, it can produce machine-made sand below 5mm. It is suitable for a variety of materials, such as basalt, river pebbles, bluestone, etc., and stone-on-stone is mainly used for material shaping. The sand particles produced are of better shape but contain more powder; stone-on-iron is used to provide a large crushing ratio and has a higher crushing efficiency.

The processing capacity of the impact crusher: Due to the particularity of its crushing principle, it can produce finer sand particles with better particle shapes. However, it has certain requirements for the particle size of the raw materials and usually requires pre-coarse crushing equipment.

Introduction to cone crusher

 

The basic structure of the cone crusher: It consists of a cone, a crushing wall, a mortar wall, an eccentric sleeve and other components. The cone performs a rotary swing motion driven by the eccentric sleeve to squeeze and crush the material.

The working principle of the cone crusher: After the material enters the crushing chamber from the feed inlet, it is compressed by the cone and the wall. The eccentric shaft of the cone causes the cone to rotate in the crushing chamber to squeeze and crush the material. The crushed material is discharged through the discharge port at the bottom of the crushing chamber.

Application scenarios of cone crusher: Mainly used in the medium and fine crushing stage, suitable for materials with medium and high hardness, such as basalt, granite, etc. It can produce 12 and 13 specifications of stones to meet the demand for aggregates in construction, roads, and other fields.

Processing capacity of cone crusher: It performs well in processing medium hardness and brittle materials, and can produce stones with uniform particle size and stable output. However, it also has certain requirements for the particle size and hardness of raw materials.
