PE600×900 jaw crusher is used as the coarse crushing equipment of the production line to perform preliminary crushing of large stones. The feed port size is 600×900mm, the discharge port adjustment range is 65-160mm, the motor power is 55-75kW, and the single machine processing capacity is 90-180t/h.

 
Applicable materials: river pebbles, granite, basalt, iron ore, limestone, quartz stone, diabase, and other stones.
 
The production line configuration of the PE600×900 jaw crusher is a comprehensive system engineering, which needs to be designed and adjusted according to the specific situation. It is generally configured in a crushing production line with a capacity of 100t/h.
 

100t/h crushing production line process

 
1. Large stones enter: The stones are evenly fed into the PE600×900 jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder for coarse crushing.
 
2. Coarse crushing: The jaw crusher performs preliminary crushing on the stone, and the crushed stone is sent to the secondary crushing equipment through the belt conveyor.
 
3. Fine crushing: The secondary crushing equipment (such as the impact crusher or cone crusher) further crushes the coarse crushed stone.
 
4. Screening: The finely crushed stone is sent to the vibrating screen through the belt conveyor for screening to separate stones of different particle sizes.
 
5. Finished product output: The stones that meet the particle size requirements are sent to the finished product pile through the belt conveyor, and the stones that do not meet the requirements are returned to the secondary crushing equipment for re-crushing, forming a closed-loop multiple cycle.
