Working principle of PF impact crusher
The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed through the V-belt. After the material enters the crusher, it is first crushed by the high-speed impact of the plate hammer on the rotor and then thrown onto the impact device (such as the impact liner) for crushing again. The crushed material bounces back from the impact liner to the plate hammer action area for re-crushing. This process is repeated until the material is crushed to the required particle size and finally discharged from the discharge port.
