1. Raw material preparation: The large limestone mined from the mountain is loaded into the mining dump truck by a backhoe excavator, transported to the crushing dumping point and fed into the first stage pre-crushing ore receiving trough;
2. First stage crushing: The plate feeder feeds the jaw crusher for preliminary crushing, and the crushed product is transported to the impact crusher for secondary crushing by belt conveyor;
3. Second stage crushing: The screened product is fed into the impact crusher for further crushing to obtain a finer particle size product.
4. Screening and finished products: The crushed product is screened by a vibrating screen, and the aggregate that meets the finished product specifications directly enters the finished product area, and the stone that is larger than the finished product specifications returns to the crusher for re-crushing, and finally obtains limestone aggregate finished products of different specifications.
