YGM95 Grinding mill equipment introduce


YGM130 high pressure suspension roller mill is a high efficiency and energy saving grinding equipment; it has the advantages of high grinding efficiency, low power consumption, small footprint, small one-time investment, simple operation, clean and environmental protection.


According to the material characteristics and process requirements, the output of the YGM130 mill is generally between 2.1-5.6 tons/hour, which fully meets the demand for 2-3 tons/hour limestone grinding.


The maximum feed particle size is generally not more than 25mm, ensuring that the limestone raw material can smoothly enter the mill for grinding; the discharge fineness can be adjusted between 10-425 mesh (0.95-0.033mm), and some materials can reach 600 mesh at the finest, meeting the requirements of different users for limestone powder fineness.

Application of Limesatone YGM130 grinding mill


YGM130 mill is suitable for high-fine powder processing of non-flammable and explosive materials with Mohs hardness not more than 7 and humidity below 6%. The hardness and humidity of limestone are within the applicable range of the YGM130 grinding mill.

YGM95 limestone grinding plant process introduction

 
1. Select limestone with moderate hardness and low water content as raw material. The hardness and water content of the raw material have an important influence on the grinding efficiency and product quality. According to the hardness and size of the limestone, select suitable crushing equipment, such as a hammer crusher or cone crusher.
 
2. Crush the large limestone into small pieces for the subsequent grinding process. The crushed limestone pieces should meet the feed fineness requirements of the mill.
 
3. Select the YGM95 high-pressure suspension roller mill as the grinding equipment. The equipment has the advantages of high grinding efficiency, adjustable fineness, and low energy consumption.
 
4. Send the crushed limestone pieces into the grinding chamber of the mill for grinding. The ground materials are graded by the grading system, and the unqualified powder is returned to the main machine for re-grinding to ensure the accuracy and quality of the product. The powder that meets the fineness is separated and collected by the airflow through the pipeline into the dust collector.
 
5. Collection and transportation: The collected finished powder is sent to the finished product silo by the conveying device through the discharge port.
 
According to customer needs, choose appropriate packaging materials and packaging forms for packaging. During the packaging process, attention should be paid to moisture-proof, shock-proof, sealing, and other issues to ensure product quality and safe transportation.
