1. Crushing type and application scenarios:
PE jaw crusher: It is mainly used for coarse crushing of materials and is one of the most commonly used equipment in co-mining production. It is widely used in many industries such as mining, smelting, construction, highways, railways, water conservancy, and chemical industry, and can handle coarse or medium crushing of various ores and rocks with large particle size and compressive strength not exceeding 320Mpa.
PEX jaw crusher: It is mainly used for fine crushing of materials. It is mainly suitable for crushing ores with feed particle size not exceeding 120mm and compressive strength not exceeding 320MPa. It is widely used in small and medium-sized mines, building materials, road construction, silicate, and chemical industries.
2. Crushing effect and output:
PE jaw crusher: Since its original design is coarse crushing, the particle size of the crushed material is relatively large, and the output is usually large.
PEX jaw crusher: Its crushing effect is finer, the discharge port is finer, and the discharge effect is better. But correspondingly, its output is usually not too large because it is mainly used as fine crushing equipment.
