1. Silo feeding: First, the materials are transported to the silo of the mobile station. This is usually done with an excavator or other loading equipment to ensure that material enters the feeding system evenly.
2. Feeding: From the silo, the material is evenly and continuously transported by the feeder to the feed port of the jaw crusher (jaw crusher).
3. Coarse crushing (jaw crushing): In the jaw crusher, the materials undergo primary crushing and are broken into blocks of moderate size. The crushing mouth of the jaw crusher consists of two plates, one of which is fixed and the other moves up and down. The material is clamped and crushed between the two plates.
4. Conveying: The coarsely broken materials are transported to the impact crusher through the conveyor belt for further crushing.
5. Fine crushing (impact crushing): In the impact crusher, the material is further broken into smaller particles after high-speed impact and the rebound of the impact plate.
6. Screening: The crushed materials are transported to the vibrating screen for screening. The vibrating screen divides the materials into products of different specifications according to the preset particle size requirements. Materials that meet the requirements are collected as finished products, while materials that do not meet the requirements are re-transported to the impact crusher for crushing again.
7. Finished product output: The screened finished product materials are transported to the designated stockyard through the conveyor belt or for further processing.
The entire process realizes fully automated operations from feeding, coarse crushing, and fine crushing to screening, which greatly improves work efficiency and crushing and screening accuracy.
