1. Material silo feeding: Materials are first fed into the silo of the mobile station to ensure the continuity of subsequent processing.
2. Feeding: From the silo, the materials are evenly transported to the feed port of the jaw crusher (jaw crusher) through the feeder.
3. Primary crushing (jaw crushing): The materials are primarily crushed in the jaw crusher to convert large pieces of materials into small pieces for subsequent processing.
4. Conveying: The primary crushed materials are transported to the cone crusher through a conveying device (such as a belt conveyor).
5. Intermediate crushing (cone crushing): In the cone crusher, the materials are further crushed to achieve finer particle size requirements. The cone crusher achieves fine crushing of materials through its unique structure and crushing principle.
6. Screening: The materials after intermediate crushing are sent to the vibrating screen for screening. The vibrating screen divides the materials into products of different specifications according to the preset particle size requirements. Materials that meet the requirements are collected as finished products, while materials that do not meet the requirements may be re-transported to the cone crusher for re-crushing.
7. Finished product output: The screened finished product materials are transported to the designated stockpiling area or for further processing through the conveying device.
The entire process realizes fully automated operations from feeding, primary crushing, and intermediate crushing to screening, which greatly improves work efficiency and crushing and screening accuracy.
