1. Coarse crushing (mobile jaw crusher):
The materials after preliminary screening are sent into the crushing cavity of the mobile jaw crusher. Here, the material is strongly squeezed and sheared by the jaw plate and broken into smaller pieces.
2. Fine crushing (moving cone crushing):
The coarsely crushed materials are sent to the mobile cone crusher through conveyor belts and other devices. In the cone crusher, the materials are impacted and ground again by the high-speed rotating cone and are broken into smaller particles.
3. Screening and classification:
Screen plates inside or behind the cone crusher classify the material. Smaller particles are discharged through the sieve plate and become the required finished product; while larger particles continue to be crushed until they reach the required size.
