Coarse crushing stage:
PF1214 impact crusher This equipment is suitable for the preliminary crushing of raw materials, especially for medium to hard materials. The impact crusher is famous for its high crushing ratio and high efficiency, which can effectively reduce the particle size of materials and provide suitable-sized raw materials for subsequent crushing.
Secondary crushing stage: HPC220
hydraulic cone crusher After coarse crushing, the materials enter the hydraulic cone crusher for further crushing. Hydraulic cone crusher, with its excellent crushing capacity and stable performance, is especially suitable for medium and fine crushing operations. It can handle harder materials and produce uniform particles.
screening stage
3YK2460 vibrating screen: This
vibrating screen can be used to screen crushed materials and separate products of different particle sizes. Its large processing capacity and screening area make it suitable for processing materials from the intermediate crushing stage to achieve effective classification.
3YK2160 vibrating screen (optional configuration, adjusted according to actual needs): If the production line requires finer classification or has excess processing capacity, you can consider configuring an additional vibrating screen for further screening or processing of materials with specific particle sizes. This helps improve product quality uniformity and variety.
The screened finished products are sent to the finished product storage yard or further processing area through conveyor belts or other conveying equipment. Based on production needs, set up appropriate storage facilities, such as silos or yards, to store finished products for sale or subsequent use.
Warm reminder: If you need stone or other small particles, you can configure a two-layer vibrating screen according to the size of the stone you need. If you need two kinds of finished stone, then the two-layer vibrating screen configuration can satisfy you. If you need to make sand, you need to use a sand-making machine for further ultra-fine crushing to get 0-5mm sand.
