2. It is recommended to use a crawler mobile cone crusher with a processing capacity of about 300tph, such as HP500 cone crusher; the perfect combination of crushing chamber type, crushing speed and crushing stroke brings higher production capacity and better finished product quality. It supports the adjustment of the discharge port without stopping the machine, and maximizes the stability of the finished material grading curve.
3. Select a suitable
vibrating screen according to the type of material, such as 3YK1860 or the same type of vibrating screen; it is recommended to configure 2 units to improve screening efficiency and processing capacity.
4. Choose a vibrating feeder with a processing capacity of about 300tph, such as GZD-1100×3600, etc.; ensure that the material is fed into the jaw crusher evenly and continuously to improve the crushing efficiency.
