Working principle
The working principle of the YGM130 limestone grinding mill is as follows:
• The material is first crushed to the required feed particle size by the crusher.
• Then the bucket elevator transports the material to the storage bin.
• Then, the electromagnetic vibrating feeder evenly delivers the material to the grinding chamber of the main machine.
• In the grinding chamber, the scraper and the grinding roller rotate synchronously, scooping up the material and throwing it into the space between the grinding roller and the grinding ring to form a cushioning layer.
• The material is ground between the grinding roller and the grinding ring to achieve the purpose of powder making.
• The ground powder is brought to the analyzer by the fan airflow for powder selection, and the qualified fine powder enters the collector with the airflow for separation and collection, and finally discharged as finished powder.
