Raymond Mill disassembly of old parts
Remove the roller cover:
Use a screwdriver or other tool to remove the fixing screws on the roller cover to access the roller.
Removing the roller:
Remove the key screws at both ends of the roller and remove the pulley and gear.
Remove the fixing screws on the roller bearing frame and the fixing nuts on the movable bearing frame.
Use a wooden board of appropriate thickness and length to reach under the roller, pry up the roller slightly, and remove the fast and slow roller bearing frames respectively.
Remove the four inserts of the mill and lift out the two rollers from the front and rear doors respectively.
Removing the grinding ring:
Remove all grinding roller components and push out the grinding ring with a jack.
If the grinding ring is severely worn and difficult to push out completely, it may be necessary to use gas cutting and other methods to divide it into several sections for removal.

Installing the grinding roller:
Place the new grinding roller in the corresponding position of the equipment to ensure that it matches the equipment.
Fix the new grinding roller with the screws removed previously, and pay attention to installing it according to the position and order recorded previously.
Tighten the screws with a wrench and a screwdriver to ensure that the grinding roller is firmly installed.
Installing the grinding ring:
Put the new grinding ring in the appropriate position and fix it with appropriate fixing methods (such as bolts, pins, etc.).
Make sure that the grinding ring is firmly installed and in the correct position.
