Introduction to granite

Granite grinding process

1. Large pieces of granite and other raw materials are first crushed by PE250x400 jaw crusher to a particle size suitable for grinding mill.

2. The crushed materials are sent to the silo by bucket elevator or other conveying equipment.

3. The materials in the silo are evenly and quantitatively fed into the main grinding chamber of YGM grinding mill by electromagnetic vibration feeder or other feeding equipment.

4. In the main grinding chamber, the grinding roller and grinding ring grind the materials. The grinding roller assembly is suspended on the grinding roller hanger through the cross arm shaft, and the grinding roller hanger is fixedly connected to the main shaft and the scraper frame. When the motor drives the main shaft to rotate through the transmission device, the scraper mounted on the scraper frame rotates synchronously with the grinding roller, and the grinding roller rolls on the inner circle of the grinding ring while rotating around its own axis, thereby grinding the material into fine powder.
