300 t/h granite crushing equipment configuration overview
In order to meet the 300 t/h granite crushing demand, a set of efficient and stable crushing production lines is required. The production line mainly includes coarse crushing equipment, medium and fine crushing equipment, screening equipment, and conveying equipment.
1. Main equipment configuration
Coarse crushing equipment
• Equipment type: jaw crusher
• Features: Suitable for coarse crushing of hard stones such as granite, with a large crushing ratio, simple structure, and stable operation.
Medium and fine crushing equipment
• Equipment type: cone crusher
• Model example: HP300 multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, CS220 cone crusher
• Features: Suitable for medium and fine crushing operations. By squeezing and crushing stones, the finished product has a more uniform particle shape, strong pressure resistance, and a wide range of applications.
Screening equipment
• Equipment type: circular vibrating screen or vibrating screen

• Function: Screen the crushed granite stone to separate the finished product that meets the requirements and the material that needs to be crushed again.
2. Production process
Raw material input: Large granite blocks are evenly fed into the jaw crusher through a vibrating feeder for coarse crushing.
Coarse crushing: After the jaw crusher crushes the raw materials to a certain particle size, it is sent to the cone crusher through a belt conveyor for medium and fine crushing.
Medium and fine crushing: The cone crusher performs medium and fine crushing on the coarsely crushed granite to achieve the required particle size.
Screening: The medium and fine crushed granite is screened by a circular vibrating screen or a vibrating screen to obtain finished materials of different particle sizes and materials that need to be crushed again.
Finished product output: Finished materials that meet the requirements are sent to the finished material pile or directly to the next process through a belt conveyor.
