sand-making machine is the core equipment of the sand-making production line, which is responsible for further fine crushing and shaping of the crushed andesite. Commonly used sand-making machines include impact sand-making machines, VSI sand-making machines, etc. These equipment have the advantages of high crushing efficiency, good product particle shape, and low energy consumption.
The flow of 100TPH andesite sand making the production process
After adding the sand-making production process to the andesite crushing line, the entire production process can be summarized as follows:
1. Crushing: First, the andesite raw material is coarsely crushed by a jaw crusher, and then sent to a cone crusher for medium and fine crushing. The crushed andesite aggregate has a moderate particle size, which is ready for subsequent sand production.
2. Sand making: The crushed andesite aggregate is sent to the sand-making machine for fine crushing and shaping. In the sand-making machine, the material is impacted and sheared by high-speed rotation and is broken into smaller sand particles.
3. Screening: The material produced by the sand-making machine is screened by a vibrating screen. During the screening process, the sand particles that meet the requirements are separated as finished products, while the coarse particles are returned to the sand-making machine for reprocessing.
4. Cleaning: The screened sand particles are sent to the sand washing machine for cleaning. In the sand washing machine, the sand particles are fully in contact with the water flow and rubbed to remove impurities such as soil and stone powder. The cleaned sand particles are cleaner and more beautiful.
5. Finished product output: The cleaned sand particles are output as finished products to the storage yard or directly transported to the user's site. At the same time, each equipment on the production line also undergoes corresponding maintenance and maintenance work to ensure the continuity and efficiency of the production line.
