1. Mobile jaw crusher
• Function: Mainly used for medium-sized crushing of various ores and bulk materials, it is the preferred equipment for primary crushing.
• Working principle: By simulating the movement of the two jaws of animals, the material is crushed by squeezing, rubbing, and grinding between the two jaws (fixed jaw and movable jaw). The motor drives the belt and pulley, and the movable jaw moves up and down through the eccentric shaft to achieve material crushing.
• Advantages: simple structure and easy maintenance; large crushing ratio and uniform product particle size; suitable for a variety of materials, such as river pebbles, mountain rocks (limestone, granite, basalt, etc.), ore tailings, etc.
2. Mobile impact crusher
• Function: As secondary crushing equipment, it further refines and crushes the materials crushed by the jaw crushing station.
• Working principle: After the material enters the crusher, it is impacted by the high-speed rotating hammer and crushed. The crushed material is crushed multiple times by the action between the impact plate and the hammer, and finally reaches the required particle size.
• Advantages: high crushing efficiency and large crushing ratio; the finished product particles are in good shape, mostly cubic; suitable for crushing materials of medium hardness.
