The new YGM series micro powder mill, also known as the ultrafine mill, is a product that has been technologically upgraded and innovated on the basis of the traditional Raymond mill. It has absorbed the advanced fineness classification technology of Germany and Japan, solved the difficulty of ultrafine grinding classification, and has the advantages of wide application range, high output, adjustable fineness, and low energy consumption.
The new YGM series micro powder mill is suitable for ultrafine powder processing of more than 500 materials such as feldspar, talc, barite, marble, limestone, carbon black, and clay. These materials are widely used in metallurgy, building materials, chemicals, mining, highways, water conservancy hydropower, and other industries, and are indispensable and important equipment in these industries.
Technical features of the new YGM series micro powder mill
1. Efficient powder making: The closed-loop high-fine powder-making system is adopted to improve output and production efficiency. The grinding roller rolling pressure is significantly improved under the action of the high-pressure spring, which greatly increases the output.
2. Adjustable fineness: By adjusting the speed of the analyzer, the fineness of the powder can be easily adjusted. The fineness of the finished product is generally between 0.615mm and 0.0333mm, and the finest can reach 0.005mm (i.e. 2500 mesh).
3. Energy saving and environmental protection: The equipment has good sealing performance, and the dust removal effect fully meets the national dust emission standards. Under the same output and fineness, the system energy consumption is only one-third of that of the airflow mill, with small investments and high returns.
4. Large feed particle size: The maximum feed particle size can reach 35mm, which is suitable for processing materials of various particle sizes.
5. Compact structure: The equipment is mainly composed of the main machine, blower, ultrafine analyzer, finished product cyclone powder accumulator, bag dust collector connecting air duct pipeline, etc., with a compact structure and small footprint.
