Required conditions for river pebble crusher

• Able to produce a large crushing ratio to crush large pieces of river pebbles into the required particle size.

• Key components such as the crushing chamber, hammerhead, liner, etc. should be made of high-strength and high-wear-resistant materials to resist the impact and wear of hard materials such as river pebbles.

• Replacement and protection of wearing parts should be considered during design, such as the use of wear-resistant liner, reversible hammerhead, etc., to extend the service life of the equipment.

For customers from Ecuador, most of the raw stones of river pebbles are below 120mm, and a small part is between 120-300mm.

After all-round communication, we reduced the investment cost for customers and continuously optimized our design plan. The production line is not equipped with a PE600x900 primary jaw crusher, which crushes pebbles between 120-300mm and directly feeds them into a cone crusher after crushing. We installed a set of 4YK1860 two-layer vibrating screens in front of the cone crusher to screen out small pieces of large river stones, and then screen out stones below 120mm and transport them to the hopper. A small vibrating feeder GZG100-4 is needed under the hopper to continuously feed the stones into the CS160 cone crusher. Then it is crushed by a cone crusher.
