• Crushing roller: Two rollers rotating in opposite directions arranged in parallel on a horizontal axis are crushing rollers. The roller surface is made of high manganese steel or other wear-resistant materials and is fixed to the hub by parts such as conical arc iron, tension bolts, and nuts.
• Transmission device: The two rollers are driven by a motor through a pulley and rotated in opposite directions.
• Adjustment device: The size of the gap between the two crushing rollers, that is, the size of the discharge port, is adjusted by increasing or decreasing the number of gaskets between the two crushing roller bearings.
• Spring safety device: When the crusher is working, the crushing force generated between the crushing rollers is balanced by the tension of the spring. When the crusher is overloaded, the spring is compressed, forcing the movable bearing to move laterally, the width of the discharge port becomes larger, and non-crushed objects can be discharged.
