3. Material input and crushing
• Uniform feeding: Open the feeding port and put the materials to be crushed evenly into the feeding port. Note that the feed size of materials must not exceed the specified range.
• Control the feeding speed: During the feeding process, the speed and uniformity of feeding should be controlled to avoid excessive or too fast feeding.
• Adjust the discharge port: adjust the size and position of the discharge port as needed, and control the width and height of the discharge port to adapt to the required particle size of the crushed materials.
4. Monitor operating status
• Observe the working status of the crusher: During the crushing process, always observe the working status of the crusher and pay attention to whether there are any abnormal sounds or vibrations.

6. Precautions
• Before using the jaw crusher, the operation manual of the equipment should be carefully read and understood to ensure correct operation.
• During the crushing process, if the machine is shut down due to foreign matter blocking the crushing cavity, the motor should be turned off immediately, remove the blocking material, and then turn it on again.
• Under normal working conditions, the temperature rise of the bearing should not exceed 35 degrees, and the high temperature should not exceed 70 degrees. Otherwise, the vehicle should be stopped immediately to identify the cause and eliminate it.
• The materials to be crushed should be evenly put into the crushing cavity to avoid side feeding and prevent sudden changes in load or sudden increases in load on one side.
