Jaw crusher is a kind of crushing equipment widely used in industry and mining fields. It has a high-efficiency crushing capacity. It is mainly used for coarse and medium crushing of materials. It is suitable for crushing various ores with compressive strength not higher than 320MPa and can be processed to medium particle size at one time.
The feed size is usually not more than 1200mm, the discharge port size ranges from 10-360mm, the processing capacity ranges from 1~1000t/h, and the power ranges from 55~280kw.
The jaw crusher is mainly composed of a frame, an eccentric shaft, a large pulley, a flywheel, a side guard plate, a toggle plate, a toggle plate back seat, a gap adjustment screw, a reset spring, a fixed jaw plate, and a movable jaw plate, etc. Among them, the toggle plate plays the role of insurance in the crushing process. When an unbreakable object enters the crushing chamber, the toggle plate can automatically break to protect other parts from damage.
The working principle is the motor drives the belt and the pulley, and the movable jaw moves up and down through the eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw rises, the angle between the toggle plate and the movable jaw becomes larger, thereby pushing The movable jaw plate close to the fixed jaw plate, and at the same time, the material is crushed or chopped to achieve the purpose of crushing; when the movable jaw plate moves down, the angle between the toggle plate and the movable jaw plate becomes smaller, and the movable jaw plate is on the pull rod, and the action of the spring Down, away from the fixed jaw plate, at this time the crushed material is discharged from the lower opening of the crushing chamber.
With the continuous rotation of the motor, the movable jaw of the crusher will do periodic motions to crush and discharge the materials, realizing mass production.
The jaw crushers currently on the market mainly include PE series jaw crushers, PEX series jaw crushers, C series jaw crushers, and mobile jaw crushers.
PE jaw crusher has a large crushing ratio, uniform product particle size, and simple structure. It can handle various ores, such as iron ore, copper ore, gold ore, etc., and is suitable for coarse and medium crushing of ores. Its crushing ratio is large and the product particle size is uniform, which can meet the different needs of mining production.
PEX jaw crusher is widely used in the fine crushing of various ores and rocks, such as limestone, granite, river pebbles, etc.; it is also commonly used to crush metal ores such as iron ore, copper ore, and gold ore, etc., to provide suitable raw material particle size for subsequent mineral processing, smelting, and other processes.
C series jaw crusher can crush ores, rocks, and slag with a compressive strength not exceeding 300~320MPa, including but not limited to river pebbles, granite, basalt, iron ore, limestone, quartz stone, diabase, and other materials.
